The Goal
To create a conceptual brand identity for a fictional vineyard that blends historical legacy with contemporary visual storytelling. The objective was to explore how symbolism and form can elevate packaging to communicate values like craftsmanship, heritage, and elegance.
The Idea
Brook Vale Vineyard was imagined as a 19th-century estate reborn for the modern wine market. Drawing inspiration from medieval European vineyards and the symbolism of the Templar knights, the brand identity is grounded in tradition, protection, and purity.
The logomark features a hybrid icon—a chalice nested in a knight’s shield—representing both the product and the protector. Typography choices were deliberate: blackletter-inspired lettering to evoke heritage, paired with clean layouts to ensure legibility and shelf presence.
